Broccoli or other creamy veggie soup

1 onion, sliced and sauted in olive olive oil
1 bag frozen broccoli
combine in saucepan w/ couple cups water
get it all soft

1 Tbsp butter, melted
1-2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
mix
add to saucepan

blend

add 1/2 - 1 C milk
boil to thicken

Creamy pumpkin soup

Blend together

2 lbs roasted pumpkin

1 onion + 4 cloves garlic sauteed in olive oil

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg

Dash allspice
