Scones

Original recipe (2005ish)

  • 2c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ~1/2 cup milk

Vegan version: 1/4 cup butter can be coconut oil; milk can be nut milk (or almond meal mixed with water)

Cook 10-15 min @ 425F on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Brush with milk to brown
