4 tbsp water
1 tbsp maple syrup

Blend
- 2/3 cup medjool dates , pitted (160g or 10-12 med)
- 1/2 cup water (125g)
- 2/3 cup ice (125g)
- 1 cup hemp seeds / hearts (160g)
- 1/8 cup cacao powder (12g or 6tsp)
- 1 pinch vanilla bean powder or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- fresh berries optional

Pumpkin pie chia pudding (blended and set for 2h)
- 1 cup milk, any milk, including dairy-milk, cashew milk, almond milk or coconut milk will work
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Shake of salt
