Christmas welly and sprouts recipe
Preheat oven to 400
Defrost 1 cup spinach. Mix with 1/2 cup mushrooms, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup hand-crushed walnuts, 1/4 TSP garlic salt
Scoop acorn squash out of skin for one half of the acorn squash. with fork, make into a paste.
In 9x13 glass baking dish, Unroll crescent rolls into one single, flat sheet. Press together at perforation so it will stay together
Spread a layer of squash paste on the dough, leaving a 1-in margin on all sides. Add the spinach mixture on top of the squash. Roll dough over and form into a log closed at both ends. Cut diagonal steam vents on top of loaf.
Bake at temp recommended for crescent rolls for 30-45 mins.

Wash brussel sprouts, removing any bad outer leaves. Put in skillet with roughly 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 tbsp salt evenly mixed. Roast at 425 for at least 30 minutes.
