Biryani
I thought biryani without vegetables would be a great base to make at the beginning of the week and add veggies to. That would make it freeze better and seem fresher, as it seemed when we ordered from guru the caterer. This recipe looks a bit complex, but I imagine some thought could lead to a simpler version.
