broke da mouth "Hawaiian Onion Soup' :
Thanks to Pat Enos for this great recipe!
Serving
for TWO:
Brown
1/2 onion cut into slices like you would place
on a hamburger - not too big, not too small, with one 4.25 oz can of Deviled Ham (I like Premium Underwood,
but Libbys will do) in a hot sauce pan with a little oil.
** We use soy "ham" -- about half a package -- and a sweet vidalia onion

When
you think the onions and deviled ham are cooked enough (onions should be tender
but not mushy), add
one
8oz can of Tomato
Sauce. Be sure its sauce
and not paste or soup. Add 3/4 can of
water and bring to a soft boil.
