Roasted chickpeas

Turn on toaster oven at 400 degrees F. Lay out a single layer of chickpeas, lightly covered in oil and salt. Cook for 40-45 minutes until crispy. Don't need to shake/stir.

I roasted them for 40 and a couple were crunchy, but most weren't crispy enough.
