Vegetables like squash

Cook Dahl and veg separately.

In little bit of oil, add
Mustard seed
Cumin seed
Urid Dahl

Mix together

Butternut squash and sweet potato soup

Boil squash and potato
In separate pan, cook onion and a few mustard seeds
Mix together. Add chili powder, cilantro, and salt.

Chop white onions long. Sautéed mustard seeds and peanuts
Once peanuts lightly roasted, add pinch of turmeric, urad Dahl, Chana Dahl
Mixed with. Cooked bulgar wheat. Add salt to taste.
Garnish with cilantro. Add one Serrano chili if you want it spicy.

Amazing lentils

Mung Dahl cooked in pressure cooker
Cook separately mustard seed, onion, urad Dahl, Chana Dahl, turmeric. Cumin seeds
Combine and add tomato. Cook until tomato soft. Can also add tomato when Cooking Dahl.

Salt

Toor Dahl, mung Dahl, green and red. Can cook all at once for lentil dish. Can put greens like chard or spinach in it.
