Choppy Joes

Ingredients:

1 box Trader Joe's Masala Burgers
1 lb. bag frozen bell peppers
1 large or 2 small onions
Olive oil

Directions:
  1. Sliver onions, and begin sauteeing in olive oil
  2. Chop Masala Burgers into bite-sized pieces
  3. Once onions are slightly brown and soft, add frozen bell peppers and chopped Masala burgers
  4. Heat thoroughly
  5. Serve over rice
